Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content (such as online courses) is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, provided the consumer has given their consent to waive the 14-day cancellation period.

  • Waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right, as access to digital content begins immediately.

For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law (e.g. faulty content or technical issues that we fail to resolve).

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the course is defective, inaccessible, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, fix, or partial/full refund where appropriate.
